Yes — Starter is free until further notice. You'll be asked for a credit card during signup so we can verify you're 18+ and a real user, but you won't be charged. You can cancel anytime, and your free Starter plan keeps working as long as you stay subscribed.
Two reasons. First, our service is for adults only — having a valid credit card helps us confirm that. Second, it filters out throwaway signups. Your card is processed securely by Stripe; AgentExe never stores your card details.
No. Pro and Max start charging immediately at the discounted launch rate (HK$198/mo and HK$298/mo). You can cancel anytime — your service continues to the end of your billing period.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll be charged the full monthly fee of your new tier, your billing cycle resets to that date, and you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused days of your previous tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep the higher tier until then. Just message your assistant and follow the link to the billing portal.
You can cancel anytime — just message your assistant and it will guide you through the process. Your service continues to the end of your current billing period, and we don't refund partial months. If something has gone wrong with your service, email [email protected] and we'll work it out.
A token is a unit of AI processing. On average, 1,000 tokens ≈ 750 words. Each conversation uses a varying number of tokens depending on what you ask. You may ask your AI Agent for the % of tokens remaining.
You can ask your AI Agent for your remaining quota anytime. If you hit the cap, you can either wait until your next billing cycle (your allowance refreshes monthly) or upgrade to a higher tier. Top-ups aren't currently available — we'd rather you upgrade if you genuinely need more, or stay on the right plan for your usage.
Your data stays in Hong Kong and is never sold. AgentExe does not train AI models on your data, and the AI providers we use are subject to standard business terms that prohibit them from doing so either. See our Privacy Policy for the full position.
